Warranty Policy
Our written commitment for every intervention
Every treatment performed by 514 Extermination is covered by a written warranty provided to the client at the end of the intervention. This policy specifies the applicable durations, conditions, and exclusions.

Different durations may be agreed in writing depending on infestation nature and building type. The applicable duration is shown on your accepted quote and invoice.
What the Warranty Covers
- Free return visit if pests reappear during the warranty period
- Additional product application in treated zones
- Full reinspection and action plan if the infestation persists
Client Conditions
The warranty is valid only if the following are met:
- Premises prepared per pre-treatment instructions
- Post-treatment instructions followed (pre-cleaning delays, ventilation, etc.)
- Recommended exclusion work performed (sealing openings, indicated repairs)
- Service paid in full at agreed terms
- Reappearance reported within a reasonable timeframe (within 15 days of detection)
Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Re-infestation from a neighbouring untreated unit (party wall, multi-unit building)
- New infestation introduced after treatment (infested furniture purchase, travel, etc.)
- Modification of premises after treatment (renovation, wall demolition)
- Moisture or sanitation conditions not corrected despite our recommendations
- Animals or food sources attracting pests despite recommendations
- Species not included in the original treatment contract
Claim Procedure

- Provide your invoice number, treatment date, and a description of what you observed
- Attach photos of the activity if possible
- A technician schedules an evaluation visit within 48 to 72 business hours
- If the warranty applies, retreatment is performed at no charge
Liability Limitation
514 Extermination's liability under this warranty is limited to retreatment of areas originally covered by the contract. No direct monetary compensation, nor compensation for material, psychological damages, or business interruption will be paid, except by court order.
