These terms govern the use of www.514extermination.comand the provision of pest control services by 514 Extermination (the "Company"). By using the site or requesting a service, you accept these terms.

1. Purpose

The site presents our pest management services across Greater Montreal and lets visitors request a quote, read our informational content, and contact us.

2. Quote and Acceptance

A quote is valid for 30 days from its issue date. It binds the Company only once accepted in writing (email, signature, or electronic consent) by the client. The final price may be revised after on-site inspection if the actual infestation significantly differs from the initial description.

3. Service Provision

Technicians hold the Quebec C5 permit. Products used are Health Canada approved. The client is required to:

Prepare the premises per provided instructions
Disclose any special condition (allergies, pets, young children, sensitive plants)
Vacate the premises for the indicated drying period
Follow post-treatment instructions

4. Rates and Payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), taxes extra (GST and QST). Payment is due upon completion of the intervention, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods: Interac, cash, credit card. Late payments over 30 days may incur 1.5% monthly interest (18% annually).

5. Warranty

All our treatments include a written warranty whose duration and conditions are specified in the accepted quote. See our warranty policy for details.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Any cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellation under 24h or denied access at the scheduled time may incur a $75 travel fee.

7. Liability

The Company is liable for direct damages caused by its fault during intervention. Its liability is capped at the amount billed for the relevant service. The Company is not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, business interruption), damage caused by an undetected pre-existing infestation, or re-infestation from a source outside the treated area.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, photos, logos, articles, illustrations) is the property of 514 Extermination or its partners. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal.

10. Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of quote acceptance.
