- Small black dots (droppings) in pet fur
- Visible fleas jumping on carpets
- White larvae in carpets and bedding
- Reddish spots on pet bedding
Prevention tips
- Treat pets with regular anti-parasitic products
- Vacuum carpets and rugs frequently
- Wash pet bedding in hot water weekly
- Mow the lawn regularly
- Treat the yard if necessary
- Inspect pets after walks
